The vintage teak wood has a gorgeous amber hue.

Extremely sturdy and well made- this bed is remarkably simple to assemble and disassemble. No hardware needed, the pieces simply clip into place.

Now for the good stuff...

The nightstands have a stylish s-curved tambour door perfect to hide away those bedside essentials. There's even a cute lil corner shelf in there too! The headboard has hideaway headrests that are revealed when you flip the front panels on the headboard facade! The upholstery is a neutral beige and very soft while the cushion foam is firm and supportive.

ALSO- within the side rails of the bed are hidden tray tables!

Simply pull the leather tab to raise the table. The tray can be folded inward toward the bed or away from the bed as well.

Perfect for breakfast in bed or even watching videos on your device or laptop! And when you're ready to put the table away, simply press the teak button to release and fold it back into the side rail.

We have another GORGEOUS Vintage Mid Century Danish Modern QUEEN Teak Platform by Komfort. This model is called the "Empress" and it's one of our absolute favorite platform bed designs!

The way the floating nightstands wrap around each side of the bed is such an attractive aesthetic.

And the nightstands are quite large with a lot of storage! Each one has THREE drawers (the 2 little ones KILL me!), TWO tiers (put a lamp up top!) AND another lower cubby area.

Super unique Vintage Mid Century Danish Modern Teak Queen Platform Bed + Nightstands. Made in Denmark by Dyrlund! An awesome and uncommonly seen design. The low profile headboard has storage compartments within and BONUS- pop up backrests! The platform assembles easily with no loose hardware. Each nightstand features two drawers and one slide out tray. I LOVE the oval sculpted teak pulls!

Total width w/nightstands is 104"w x 94"L x 22"h (when backrests are down)

I will be reupholstering the backrests on the one we have available- Photos show one of these exact same beds that we had previously that I had used Sherpa to reupholster the backrests, which I will most likely choose again unless the buyer has another preference of material!
