The nighstands are integrated into the long curved headboard, creating a cozy sleeping nook with lots of neat features! Slide open the tambour door to reveal concealed storage in the corners of the nightstands-and above, pull the rosewood tab to slide out a boomerang shaped tray table- but that's not all!-
below the floating bedside table there is a
small semi-circle drawer too!
As this bed transforms,

This bed was well cared for by the original owner since new. It's in very good condition!

This queen size Danish Modern teak platform bed set by Scan Coll has SO many good features!
I love the boomerang shaped upper area of the nightstands! Even has a nice lil wood trim accent. And, much like the beloved Empress model by Komfort, these nightstands also have that small drawer in the top corner! Plus the sliding tray and two spacious drawers and shelf areas!
It’s also finished on the back as well if you wanted to use it in an open floor plan concept.

Rare vintage Geometric Queen Platform Bed by Laurits M Larsen of Denmark
For all the "statement pieces" that fail to make a statement, we present an undisputed contender in this vintage geometric Queen size beauty by Laurits M Larsen of Denmark.
This unique design features dramatic geometric angles all around- it looks like something out of the Sheats-Goldstein Residence by John Lautner!
Each floating nightstand features one large drawer. The foot end is a storage chest/ bench!
This particular model does not come available often!!
Photos 1 & 2 are of the actual bed for sale. As you can see, it has lower side boards along the bottom sides, so the whole area underneath the mattress is closed in. (The other photos show this model without lower base side boards)
Fits standard queen size mattress (60 x 80)
Condition is very good! Makers marks present. Bed is completely disassembled for easy transport. Assembly is very simple.

Vintage Mid Century Modern Teak Queen Platform Bed by DScan
We have another one of these Vintage Mid Century Modern Teak QUEEN Platform Bed by D-Scan... Part of the "Captain's Line" which is noted for its signature brass ring drawer pulls, gently curved side rails and waterfall style rounded edges with a signature finger joinery detail.
The floating nightstands are quite spacious and feature a drawer and lower shelf area below. Also, the top ledge of the bed is about 6" deep.
Measures 111.5"w x 88"L x 31"h
Condition is all original and very good with minimal wear from age and use. This bed assembles (and disassembles) easily with no hardware (save the few screws that attach reinforcement beams along the back of the headboard/ nightstands). I can provide hand drawn assembly instructions by yours truly.
